How To Treat Acid Reflux During Pregnancy?

Hi my name is Cree and I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. Acid reflux has been a huge issue for me the whole time. I m on several different medicines and also eat my limit of tums a day. But during Intercourse I feel like I m going to vomit. I can t even enjoy sex anymore because a few min into it I feel like my stomach is turning inside out. I ve tried making myself throw up before having sex and it doesn t help. I ve tried eating runs and taking my meds and still nothing. It s put a huge damper on my relationship and I just want things to be back to normal and be able to enjoy making love to my spouse. I ve noticed if I lay on my back or do it doggy style it gets even worse. Not many options left there. Could you please help?
