Hello and welcome to HCM,
Acne are characterized by formation of bumps which when infected are red and may be filled with pus also.
Itching is not usually a feature of acne.
Thus, these lesions on your arms, hands, face, legs and scrotum need to be examined.
These lesions may be some skin lesion other than acne.
Bleeding of the lesions may be due to itching causing trauma to the lesions.
Itchy bumps on different parts of body which are spreading can be due to dermatitis, eczema, allergy etc.
Thus, appropriate treatment can be planned after clinical assessment and diagnosis only.

Thanks and take care
