How To Treat Acute Maneier S Disease?

Dear Sir, Since last three months I am suffering from acute Maneier s Disease and I am taking following drugs:- 1. Betaserc 16mg - 3 tab daily 2. Pyridoxin 40 - 1 tab daily 3. Stugeron - 1 tab daily After taking all these medicines there is no relief from the disease. Pl. advise me. thanks & regards

what is your blood pressure. take betahistine 16 mg thrice daily, and take tablet stemetil thrice a day. get a mri inner ear done
