Hi, I've been having difficulty breathing lately. It feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest! My airways seem to tighten and it takes awhile to catch my breath. I'm 15 weigh 139LBs I am 5"6'. I have asthma but it was never this bad! My mom has bad asthma. My dad doesn't. I use this inhaler:Bricanyl Turbuhaler 200DS 0.5MG/D So should I up it to a higher one or just wait it out? Also what is going on? I can't be having a heart attack can I? I don't smoke, drink! I excercise a little. Sometimes when I just walk to my bedroom and come back to the living room is when the asthma kicks in! Before all of this started I only got the bad asthma when I excercised! Now I get it everyday! And twice as bad! So what is going? Thank you!
