How To Treat Amenorrhea?

Hi,sir Since 6 m my period will not get 3m back l done pregnancy test is negative n I m taking Ayurvedic treatment the doctor will give medicine ranprotex powder n uniflextablet but periods will not get soo,pls advice tablet to get periods or if there is any problem to take English medicine bcz I m taking Ayurvedic medicine so pls kindly request to suggest a better tablet

Hi, I can understand your concern.
Irregular period or secondary amenorrhea can be because of many reasons like any hormonal changes, polycystic ovarian disease (common these days), thyroid dysfunction, some medications, anemia etc. Please try to find out the exact cause by doing proper investigation like ultrasound abdomen, thyroid function test, complete haemogram. Once the exact cause is treated, periods will automatically become regular.
