How To Treat An Erectile Dysfunction?

I am a 68 year old male. I do not suffer from ED. I have strong erections. I can come to the point of climax, but I do not ejaculate. No rope effect. After about 5-6 minutes a few drops of semen appear. I am on a drug called Finasteride 5mg. I stopped taking the drug for a while but no change.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have retrograde ejaculation. This is a situation where the ejaculate is redirected towards the bladder.

Finasteride is a possible cause of retrograde ejaculation though there are other causes as well such as:(1) other medication such as flomax or avodart
(2)nerve damage from spinal cord injury, diabetes,
(3)surgery

If a person is not trying to conceive then the effect is normally not significant.

I hope this helps
