Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

You seem to be suffering from performance anxiety. Your condition is highly amenable to treatment. You should consult a psychiatrist for proper follow ups and management.

You can be treated with one of the SSRIs like sertraline or paroxetine. In addition, propranolol taken just before any public performance can also help you control your anxiety. Relaxation exercises like deep breathing and progressive muscular relaxation will help you control your anxiety as well.

Hope this information was useful. Best wishes.
