Hello,

I still feel you might have early symptoms of heart attack since it is a radiating pain. There could be chances of brachial nerve compression which can be causing your problems also. If there is thoracic outlet syndrome there could be nerve compression which can have similar symptoms and nerve injury if not treated can progress to palsy also. So kindly go to a neurosurgery doctor and get evaluated for nerve compression. Even get an ECG and echo done to know if it is the cardiac origin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
