How To Treat Asthenoteratozoospermia?

Hi Doctor,I already have a son who is 3 yrs but before I conceived him my husband was treated for oligospermia an I got pregnant after 4 months of treating.I ve been waiting for 1/2yrs now to get pregnant but with no success. Semen analysis report indicated that my husband is suffering from asthenoteratozoospermia.Pls advise

As chances of pregnancy are not the best because very few of the sperm are forward progressively motile.
This could indicate a functional problem whereby the sperm are unable to fertilize the egg.
You still have an option for In Vitro Fetilizaion with Intracytoplasmic sperm injection to overcome a potential functional deficit.
You should consult the Infertility clinic before going through this procedure.
