How To Treat Back Pain Along With Bruise On Hip And Arm Caused After A Injury?

Wednesday afternoon July 22 I fell about 3 feet and landed on tile. I was standing on a tall stool. My back hit and now my left side next to my spin hurts. I also bruised my hip and arm. I did not hit my head. Should I just keep ice on it to make the inflammation ease itself?

The injury to you back from a fall occurred nearly a month ago. Your pain should be almost completely gone. in the future I recommend immediately after a trauma using ice for 24 hours and then heat thereafter. Also taking ibuprofen or tylenol will also help ease the pain.
