I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated. A stool examination and an Ultrasound of abdomen will help in planning your medical management. I would advise that you can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg. A probiotic along with digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals will be helpful. Antibiotic or antiamoebic may be needed according to the reports of the investigations. Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also take care of your hydration.
