As per your query you have bumps behind the ear and your have been smoking meth from last 10 years . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like sebaceous cyst , abscess , lymphadenopathy , acne vulgaris , mastoiditis and allergic reaction due to meth . I would suggest you to quit meth immediately , keep yourself hydrate , take antihistamine like bendryl and apply warm compresses on bumps . Consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor will check consistency or tenderness . Doctor may also order blood test or order CT scan . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin ) course at lesat for 10 days along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist , who may give adrenaline short along with other treatment depending upon your diagnosis .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
