How To Treat Bile Duct Leak Post Gall Bladder Removal?

On 4/16/14 I had my gall bladder removed via out patient Single-Site da Vince robotic procedure and two days later I went back to the hospital with terrific pains in my abdomen and right shoulder. I was diagnosed with a Bile Duct leak and had a stent put in the Bile Duct. During this time my symptoms were fever of 101, chills, nausea, abdominal pain, itching over entire body and extreme fatigue. Two days after the stent was put in my bile duct all of the symptoms abated except for the severe itching. One month later the stent was removed and one day after the stent was removed I went back in the hospital with same symptoms. After two days in the hospital they determined that it was not biliary and I was probably experiencing flu symptoms and was discharged on 5/31/14.

T he same symptoms continued along with developing red bumps and red rash over most of my anatomy and I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Cleveland Clinic on 7/2/15 and they determined that I still had a bile duct leak and decided that I needed to have another stent put in my bile duct. They put in a longer stent and decided that it needed to left in for a two months. Some of the symptoms abated during this period, but the itching, red rash, large red bumps (1/4 in. dia. x 1/4 in. high) continued. In two months I had the stent removed at Cleveland Clinic and an ERCP determined that I was free of the Bile Duct leak. Cleveland Clinic determined that my bile duct had been leaking into my abdomen for 36 days in total before the second stent.

I continue to this day to have severe itching, red rash, large red bumps after seeing many physicians (Family Physician, Gastrointrologist, Dermatologist and Gerontologist) with numerous 32 prescriptions in all many of them consisting of the following: (corticosteroid, cholestyramine packets, premethrin, antibiotic, methylprednisolone, doxepin antidepressant). I believe the conditions that I'm suffering from today are not from a bug bite or allergies that I was diagnosed with by one Dermatologist. Should I see other Specialist, specifically a Hematologist?
