How To Treat Bleeding From The Wounds Caused After Treating Hemorrhoids?

Hello, I am 26 years old, male. I have had problems with fistula, hemorrhoids and a fissure for like 6 months due to constipation/ over stress. I have had my surgery done on the 10th of November, so it s been almost a month ago. the wound is still open and it bled a bit today in the morning with bowel movement. I have been using stool softeners, a piece of gauze with hemorrhoid’s cream on it twice a day and having psyllium husk to increase fiber to my diet . Can you please advise me on what can I do to make it heal faster. Much appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints.As per your history, Please find my advice below-:
1)Use [SUCRAL-M cream] in the wound
2)Take [AB-CEF] tabs 2 times per day for 7 days
3)Take stool softener Cremaffin plus 3 teaspoonful at bedtime
4)Take others as usual.
5)Do a clinical check up by the Doctor who had performed the operation
