How To Treat Bleeding Inside Ear Caused After Injury?

I was running and scratched on a branch the inside of my ear and bleed allot and felt the blood dripping down in my ear canal. Now when I sneeze or have a hiccup it hurts inside my ear drum. Will this go away or can the blood on the inside affect my hearing or cause infection? Can anyone please help?

Well , from the history provided there is definitely trauma to the ear. You haven't mentioned in your history of there is hearing loss and I would suggest that you see an ENT surgeon and the ear thoroughly evaluated .
