Hi Dear , As per your query you have pimple . Well there can be many reasons for pimple like clogged pores of sebaceous gland which entrapped dead skin and bacteria . I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid , apply cream containing azelaic acid twice a day . Also give cold compresses to pimple and apply broad spectrum sunscreen which under exposure to sun . If condition doesn t improve then consult dermatologits for proper examination and treatment .
