Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have three small boils developed around my anus and vulval area when the weather was very hot recently . Now they have burst and some blood came out . One seemed to have dried up completely. One is still in the process of healing I think. However I notice there is still one not yet burst but not causing me pain or great discomformt either. Do I have cause of concern about these boils?
As you have hot weather there , excess sweating and friction at that site can cause boil that is by gram positive bacterial infection like staphylococci and streptococci...
Take amoxyclav antibiotic for it....
Keep that area clean to prevent reccurence... Loose cotton cloths good for preventing it .. If boil increasing in size then incision and drainage necessary with regular dressing ...
Avoid straining at stool... More water taken and fruits more.... Avoid excess spicy food as you have boil over rectal area...
Take care.
