How To Treat Bowel Movement Problem With Pain/discomfort Along The Belt Line?

I have gained weight over the last couple of years, around 40lbs, recently I started to have bowel movement issues and now have pain across my belt line. The pain/discomfort is not centralized on the left or right side and is along the belt line and just below. Sitting does not cause discomfort but standing and walking does, at least for awhile. No blood evident in stool or urine, no fever. No pain or swelling in scrotum. No hot areas, Am I just really badly constipated? Tried laxatives, but don t want to use them too often. Twisted gut?

Hi,
From history it seems that due to weight gain there might be collection of fat in abdominal area, giving rise discomfort in stomach.
Rule out possibility of having hypothyroid as in hypothyroid weight gain and constipation are common problems.
Take plenty of water.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise to prevent constipation and reduce fat collection in abdomen.
Avoid taking fat snd more carbohydrate in diet.
Ok and take care.
