How To Treat Breath Shortness,chest Pressure And Back Pain?

I am down with shortness of breath, pressure on the chest and back pain. Doctor advised to take Deriphlyn 150 mg twice a day for 15 days and advised me to use Inhaler. Ater one week, I could not find any signs of recovery. could you please help me to know the reason and advise me what should I do

Chest pain and shortness breathe at your age might be related to heart or lung disease like vasospatic angina or acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma
so please ask your doctor for EKG and blood investigation for serum cardiac markers , CBC , AEC and allergy test

Another possibility is stress and anxiety disorders
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
say no to smoking and alcohol
Have fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Have plenty of dietary fibers
aerobic exercises walking and swimming is recommended for you
