Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
According to your description the symptoms you are having could be due to hormonal imbalance in perimenopausal stage. Which can present with irregular menstrual periods, hotflashes, excessive sweating etc.Usually these will subside few months after attaining menopause. Meanwhile you can go for symptomatic treatment like, - for early onset of periods you need treatment only if they are with heavy flow. In that case ultrasound helps you have to rule out any anatomical factors. Depending on that treatment can be planned.-For hotflashes and sweating etc, phytoestrogen supplements or tablets like Estro G 100 can help. If symptoms persist better to evaluate other factors like anemia, fluctuations in blood sugar levels, thyroid disorders etc.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
