A medication is addictive when a person develops tolerance to the medication (need higher and higher doses for it to work) , have withdrawal symptoms if the medication is suddenly stopped.
The medications that you mentioned are no classified as addictive medications. If a person has asthma or allergies, and the medication is stopped, the asthma symptoms and allergy symptoms would start back.
This is not because the person is addicted to it but because these conditions need medications usually need medications for control.
If you have certain triggers for your allergies or asthma then avoiding them would help you eg if dust or pollen causes a problem then you can avoid them.
I hope this helps
