How To Treat Bronchitis And Adenoids Causing Breathlessness?

I am 33 years old female. Since 2 weeks iam suffering with breathlessness during eating & rest, i can't able to sleep at night also. Doctor wrote ECG, 2D ECHO & CBP Tests. All are o.k. Then I went to E.N.T doctor, he told that i have adenoid & bronchatis. I had no cough, head ache etc., he wrote the medicines Stafcure-250(2 times daily), Montek LC(1 time at night), Zolerab D(1 time with empty stomach), nosal drops & mouth inhaler. Now i can breath, is this is life long & is it write diagnosis

Adenoid enlargement in adults are not common.If enlaged it presents commonly as nasal block rather than breathlessness.Endoscopic examination by ENT helps to rule out a diagnosis of adenoid enlargement.The treatment given is aimed at symptomatic relief of breathlessness.
