Good Morning Dr.
I have a friend whom is having symptoms of what appears to be a rash. It is red bumbs appearing on his skin. There are on his forearms and on the upper side of his hand. They are also on the anterior portion of his foot
He has been having it for several weeks. It is not itchy or painful but he did mention that when he puts pressure on it that it feels like needles....any idea what it could be?
