How To Treat Burning Pain And Numbness In My Feet?

I am 79 years male. Developed burning pain and now numbness in feet which is creepinup now. MRI of the spine shows stenosis of thecal sac from disc buldge with hypertrphy of ligamentum flavum and facet arthropathy. I nned help of a spine surgeon for decomression.
