This could be inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal ulcers either infective or drug induced.

You should avoid spicy fatty fried and junk food or carbonated drinks
Say no to smoking and alcohol
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid constipation by taking liquid paraffin at bed time
Multivitamin and minerals supplements
You should take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole and antacids with syrup sucralfate

Hope this helps you
