Hello,
You are suffering from creamy discharge from the vagina associated with burning sensation. Presently on wiping you observed spots of blood. You have
yeast infections and hence white curdy / cottage cheese type discharge that is usually odorless. After wiping you noticed spots of blood, yeast infection can lead to minor bleeding caused by small cuts, tears, or sores in vaginal tissue due to infection.
Recurrence of yeast infection causes blood spots/bleeding. Take an
oral antifungal medication (
fluconazole) for three to seven days to clear yeast infection. You can apply vaginal suppositories like miconazole (Monistat 3) and
terconazole in the vagina to get rid of infection. However, since you have been sexually active, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an
OBGYN, get STD tests done to detect any STI to stay on the safer side. If detected positive you will be accordingly treated with antibiotics / antivirals.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
