Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I accidentally got a chemical burn from using Veet cream hair remover on my brows. I know, stupid. Never did it before. One brow is fine but the right one still extremely red and sensitive. Its been over a week of sunburn gel, neosporin, Aquaphor. Scared it will scar. What else can I try?
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine along with a steroid based ointment for relief. If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. R. A. Singh, Emergency Medicine Specialist
