Well the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as upper respiratory track infection .which has already spread to ear . Some times when upper respiratory track infection left untreated may spread to ears through eustachian tube , which connect pharynx to ears . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist without any delay so as to prevent further complication . Doctor may order CT scan , throat swab test , viral culture test , balancing test and examination with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) , antiviral , decongestants , mucolytic agent and antiemetic drug .
