I am 20 in decent health. I am having chest pressure in my right side of my chest the next day after drinking alcohol. I went to Mexico 3 weeks a go and drank heavily. I began to have chest pressure the second to last day before i left mexico. I went to the hospital once i got back in the states and had a chest x-ray and keg done. All tests came back good. The other night i took a small hit of cannabis and began to have chest pain within ten minutes. The pain lasted all day the next day and remained constant. I cannot figure out what would be the cause of the pain. I know that alcohol and cannabis trigger it, but I do not understand why.
