How To Treat Choking Sensation In Throat Caused Due To Swallowing Of Fish Bone?

I think I swallowed a small fish bone on 16th December. I think it may be stuck in my throat. I feel a slight discomfort in my tonsil area on the right side of my throat. I have ear ache. Is it just a sore throat or could the bone be lodged in my throat and beginning to cause infection?
