General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
As per the history you seems to be suffering from esophagitis, or GERD ( Gastro-esophageal reflux disease).

I will suggest you to take a course of oral antacids / antiemetic drugs prescribed by your local / family doctor.

Avoid spicy and oily food, do not consume coffee / tea, if you can.

Add yoga schedule in your daily life.

Hope this will helpful to you.

Thanks
