How To Treat Chronic Cough Causing Sharp Rib Pain?

Hi I recently had a very bad cough for about three weeks. I started to get pain in my right ribs. Very sharp stabbing pain when I sneezed, breathed in or coughed. Starting to feel a little better but I still feel pain when I cough and I can not do a push up without collapsing. I also feel weird popping sensations under my right rib cage.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms of cough since three weeks then it needs to be sent for investigations and x-ray is most advisable, now you can not have nay symptomatic medicine else this could mass the picture hope this information helps.
