How To Treat Chronic Nasal Irritation?

I am 50 years old my name is purnima Jain. I am suffering from nasal irritation from last 20 days. My nasal passage is acute dry with dryness in mouth also. I feel acute dryness and stickiness in my throat due which i feel trouble in swallowing saliva. I have taken homeopathic treatment in early stage but no relief. Then consulted to my physician and took a course of five days of clavum 625 mg. hetric 3 and ortivin nasal drops but no relief. Then consulted to Ent doctors and took Alaska, Efcarlive nose drops, Tantum rinse, cortispray again no relief. I consulted another ENT doctor, he advised me Tab. Leon 500mg, Recofast Plus and Zintec and otrivin drops for three days. Now third day is passing and i have no relief. Kindly advise some quick relief.
