How To Treat Chronic Upper Arm Pain?
hi. my name is manu i have right shoulder pain in beetween shoulder and elbow ? more in night time while i am sleeping if i keep my right hand uptowards pilow then sum pain i can ease . it is almost been about 4 months i had some pain medicine and use gel to rub on it but didn t help much and i don t know what to do ? Sleeping with over abduction of arm overhead can lead to strain at rotator cuff muscle which may lead to pain. So, keep your both arms besides your waist and rest your palms on your chest may useful to decrease the pain.
Use tablet Aceclo MR twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your physician, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
