How To Treat Coital Dizziness?
I am suffering from post coital dizziness which has been on going now for 48 hours. its not continual dizziness but happens everytime i move from standing to lying or vice versa and also I just a general feeling of muzzy headedness!! Should I be worried or just wait for it to wear off

Well this is not a coital dizziness although it should have started after coitus.
You may be suffering from flu or so , so that you got this problem due to weakness- 48 hours you said.
At the same time you have to get the local problems like internal ear or other problems ruled out.
