How To Treat Cold Air Exposure Mediated Severe Headache Around Eyes (eyebrows)and Upper Part Of Nose Along With Nausea And Vomit?
hi,Whenever I am exposed to cold air,I get a severe headache around my eyes (eyebrows)and upper part of nose. this is also accompanied by nausea and vomiting. I have to take a painkiller to get relief. Kindly help me out to know whether this is a sinus attack and the remedy for this.
hello thank you for writing to us sorry to hear about your pain pain around upper nose and around eyes are the classical symptoms of sinusitis its inflammation of para-nasal sinuses may be due to allergy or infection in most of the cases it can be treated conservatively by nasal decongestants home remedies includes applying a warm, moist cloth to the affected areas several times a day; drinking sufficient fluids in order to thin the mucus; and inhaling low-temperature steam two to four times a day if this does not help consult an otolaryngologist, he will start up with antibiotics and corticosteroids if it is chronic or recurring it may require surgery but most of the people does not require one hope this will help and wishing you good health regards
