Dr, I feel my head to be heavy with cold but there is no running nose. I feel dry head and ear blocking and also slight giddiness and uneasiness. But no temperature. I am BP patient but it is in control with medication. my email address mis YYYY@YYYY

from the complaints it is most probably sinus involvement..no nasal secretions are also sometimes there..get a xray paranasal sinuses and contact me again..for tge time being take a fluticasone nasal spray twice daily
