How To Treat Constant Back Pain?

sir,I am having constant pain at my back. I had done test and Xray there is no sign of any problem Slowly this pain is transcending from back to neck. I cant sit and do any thing for more than 15 minutes, It seems as if somebody has put ah heavy weight on my back. This pain is basically on upper back and when i sit straight than again i feel the pain in my bones.

thanks for choosing HCM
in my opinion you are suffering from either muscle spam due to incorrect posture you may be assuming while working or PIVD prolapse inter vertebral disc disease
firstly try with keeping a right posture and gait
and do some stretching exercises
you can also take tab diclofenac and tab chlorzoxazone for symptomatic relief
If it doesn't relieve go for an MRI and consult your doctor
