Hi, Can you mention your age, and any past history of diseases like asthma? Any history of allergy or asthma in family? You have a dry cough that persisted for few months, with a feeling of chest tightness that is more in cold environment, like an air conditioned room. This may indicate an allergic condition like asthma. A chronic infection like tuberculosis also possible, but usually have other symptoms like low grade persistent fever, weight loss or anorexia.
