How To Treat Constipation?

Hi sir, i suffered of stomach upset that is vomiting and motions last week i took ciplox tz, but i got itchy rashes all over my body,i took citrizine for that now i dont have rashes or itchyness but even now im having constipation problem im not getting sleep in the nights should i take Pan d20 please suggest.

You can definitely start Pan-d 20 before taking your meal. You should increase the fluid intake by taking regular juice. You should also take some gentle exercise and regular walk. Include fruits, vegetables, and fiber in your diet.
