How To Treat Coughing Of Blood?

I have been coughing up blood for a couple weeks now, I went to see a doctor and all they did was look up my nose and gave me some saline drops. They told me something in my nose was enlarged. But now the coughing up blood is more severe. It s worse than what it was last week. And I called my doctor and all they told me was to sleep with the air off since it s hot outside.

As you stated that you re having blood with cough and that too for weeks .
They the doctors told you that this is due to nose enlargement .
Now increase the amount of blood .
May be due to these possibilities , these include;
1 Tuberculosis, diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray chest , sputum for AFB ( Blood mixed) , Montoux's test.
2 Cancer of lung , diagnosis can be confirmed by MRI of chest .
3 Mitral stenosis , diagnosis can be confirmed by echo.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion.(2nd opinion).
