How To Treat Cramping And Brown Discharge Post Sex?

Hi, i had sex 2 days before my period and then a day after,
4-5 days later i experience mild cramping and brown discharge for 2 days plus extreme fatigue and sleepiness.Ever since this days i feel sleepy during the day, tender nipple, lower back pain n sore feet...could i be pregnant? Since i got my period tho it came 4 days early and it would be too early too for ovulation

Hi,

It is highly unlikely you are pregnant since you have got your periods and ovulation has not yet started. But pregnancy may occur rarely. Hence, you should take an urine test.

Antispasmodics can be taken after a negative urine test to reduce the cramping and abdominal pain. In case the brownish discharge persists, vaginal or pelvic infections should be ruled out. You may have to visit your gynecologist for further management.
