How To Treat Delusion Of Persecution?

My brother suffers from delusion of persecution. The current medications given to him are Olanzapine(5mg) and Risperidone(3ml) daily for the last 2.5 years. The delusions are still deep rooted and affecting our family and social lives. Could you please help?

it is psychiatry problem. psychoanalysis of your problem should be done. have to take treatment under psychiatrist. it can take long duration. must cooperate and try to help yourself.
