hello doctor, my name is fatima , my boy friend dumped me and he had broke up with me , am feeling alone , depressed, am unable to concentrate on my studies also, am always thinking about him, am not eating properly & am unable to sleep, unable to do any work also , am feeling like am dieing inside . plese help me
