How To Treat Depression?

My 18 year old daughter has been dealing with depression for the past 2 1/2 years. Tried many natural options and lately began antidepressants. Started with Lexapro and now just switched to Cymbalta because she had noticed no changes taking Lexapro. Concerned about the safety of her taking Cymbalta. Thank you

Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, Cymbalta like all medicine has benefits and undesirable effects, I think you need to choose a drug that help you but at the same time you get MINIMIZE their side effects and Cymbalta doesn't look like that, Cymbalta has severe consequences in a short and long period of time, you can evaluate with your doctor a different alternative,.I hope that my advice has been helpful, take care
