How To Treat Depression?

Hi, This is Muhammad Mughni.i,m suffering from depression from last 4 months.Now i,m feeling better than before.But there are few things which are making me more depressed one is a hissing sound from my right ear always.i have never experienced this sound before since i met this depression.if i wont get enough sleep this sound becomes more worse.and one thing is dreams effects my depression more badly.and an other good thing is everyday i spend all the day in depression and at night i dont know i,m feeling better like there nothing happened to me.please if there is some advice from you guide me please. thanks

1. Avoid waking up late night.
2. Take a large glass of warm milk before going to bed.
3. Take lots of banana and other fruits during day which cause mood elevation.
4. for the sound in your ears if it is not relieved with control of depression, contact a ENT specialist.
