How To Treat Diabetes With Squeezing Chest Pressure?

59 y/o female with diabetes and squeezing/pressure in chest just left of breastbone with and without exertion lasting seconds. Have Nitro rx but haven t used it because once I lie down the pain eases. Should I be concerned? Negative angiogram 10 yrs ago

Long standing uncontrolled diabetes plays havoc with cardiovascular system.
Since your symptoms suggest cardiac involvement,you must consult a cardiologist and get examined and investigated thoroughly.Dont take the things lightly.
