Hello,

You are suffering from diarrhea and urinary incontinence. You have history of having shingles. Since you are having diarrhea you should avoid taking oily, spicy food. You should take bland food like sticky rice and bananas. Taking raw bananas after it is boiled and mashed will help to reduce diarrhea. You can take medicines like loperamide or bismuth subsalicylate, on SOS when needed will help reduce diarrhea.

Urinary incontinence is treated with beta-3 agonists, anticholinergics, tricyclic antidepressants to relax the bladder. Sometimes, catheter or pessary may help. Make lifestyle changes, drink the right amount of water, avoid smoking, maintain healthy weight and do pelvic floor muscle exercises and train your bladder. Get clinically examined by a Urologist, you may need surgery (to remove blockage).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
