How To Treat Diarrhea And Vomiting Inspite Of Giving Z&D And Topcef?
hi sir my 1 year old son is suffering from diarrhea from past 5 days now he is priscribed with z&d and topcef 100 he is better now with his diarrhea but for past 3 day he is not at all taking any solid food even if given any little he is vomiting before his diarrhea he will have his food with out any problem so please suggest any thing iam very much woorried about this

I think he may need to take Enterogerina or Yovita to re-establish the intestinal flora. Give him Reglan for nausea. Give him food little by little, gradually.
