How To Treat Diarrhea, Appetite Loss And Painful Urination?

I am having bad abdominal pain in the lower right quadrant , i have been to doctors they said im faking it and ovaries are fine, but i am having diarrhea, loss of appetite, a little pain when i pee, and i am a little lightheaded, having a bit of trouble breathing, cant move or pain gets sharper, what do i do?

I really appreciate your concern, over all symptoms may not be due to any disease and even not due to gynecological problem, it could be nonspecific one and would be okay soon, some time it could be due to menopause (You have not mentioned your age here ) hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
